Timbaland confirms Nelly Furtado to wed
Nelly Furtado is engaged have been confirmed by Timbaland, the singer’s friend and the hip-hop producer behind her latest hits.
Timbaland, whose real name is Timothy Mosley, confirmed to People magazine with a simple “yes” when asked whether the rumours about Furtado’s impending nuptials are true.
Speculation about the Grammy Award-winning singer’s relationship status began after Canada Day, when she performed at the Concert for Diana in London, England.
Eagle-eyed fans noticed that along with a glamorous pink cocktail dress, Furtado was sporting a flashy diamond ring on her left hand.
Furtado, who has a three-year-old daughter named Nevis with former boyfriend and music producer Jasper “Lil’ Jaz” Gahunia, rarely speaks about her personal life.
